Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a driven Account Executive to grow our commercial pest management portfolio in a dynamic, field-based role. You will learn our pest management services and craft tailored proposals for hospitality, healthcare, food and beverage, and retail clients.

You will prospect, cold call, and network to develop opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets while collaborating with internal teams for service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.; sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial clients.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of service solutions.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
