Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to new and existing commercial customers, across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. You will learn Rentokil’s programs, craft proposals, and present solutions to grow the business.

You’ll participate in a comprehensive training program, meet sales targets, and work with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience; prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking) recommended.
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality; ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.
• Must pass pre-employment background screen.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service solutions.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
