Job summary

CTI is a leading AV provider with a mission to deliver a fantastic customer experience. We seek an experienced AV Project Manager to oversee all aspects of AV integration projects and to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead a team, delegate tasks, and ensure high standards of client communication and documentation. The role emphasizes hands-on project oversight, strategic planning, and collaboration across services such as programming, rack builds, and installation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial AV integration projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication; maintain project documents and client updates
• Experience leading teams, including training and performance management
• Hands-on AV installation oversight and creative solutions
• Budget tracking and ensuring deadlines and budget goals
• Travel to client sites; company-paid travel ~25%

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement strategies to achieve project goals for AV integration
• Schedule all necessary corporate services and labor resources (programming, touch panel work, rack builds, installation, commissioning)
• Communicate project deadlines, specs, and budgets to the AV install team
• Maintain current and accurate project documents, BOMs and change orders
• Maintain steady client communication with updates on issues, scope changes, schedules, and progress
• Lead and inspire a team, overseeing training and performance management
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure tasks are identified and current
• Support install staff from installation to final punch lists
• Ensure projects stay on track to meet client deadlines and reflect remaining work margin
