Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 5+ years managing commercial AV integration projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and documentation.
• Experience leading teams, training, and performance management.
• Ability to track budgets and performance metrics; travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project strategies to achieve goals and seamless AV integration.
• Schedule corporate services and labor resources for programming, installation, and commissioning.
• Communicate deadlines, specs, and budgets to install teams with precision.
• Keep project documents current, including drawings, BOMs, and change orders.
• Maintain regular client updates on issues, scope changes, and progress.
