CTI is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area (Fremont, CA) to lead commercial AV integration projects. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery with exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AV project management, strong leadership and communication skills, hands-on installation knowledge, and willingness to travel about 25% to meet clients. CTI offers competitive compensation and benefits.

• 5+ years managing commercial AV integration projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience leading teams, training, and performance management
• Hands-on experience with AV installations and problem solving
• Budget tracking and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Willingness to travel (approx. 25%) with company-paid travel

Responsabilités

• Strategize and implement AV project plans to achieve goals and ensure on-time delivery
• Schedule resources including programming, rack builds, installation, and commissioning
• Communicate deadlines, specifications, and budgets to the install team
• Maintain current project documents, bills of materials, and change orders
• Provide clients with timely updates on issues, scope changes, schedules and progress
• Lead and train the project team, overseeing performance management
• Support install staff through planning, programming, and punch lists
• Monitor margins and keep projects on track to meet client deadlines
