Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial AV integration projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; up-to-date project updates for clients.
• Experience leading teams, including training and performance management.
• Hands-on experience with AV installations and creative problem solving.
• Ability to track and improve performance metrics to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Willingness to travel; company paid travel with overnight stays likely ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement AV project goals to ensure seamless integration.
• Schedule corporate services and labor resources, including programming and installation.
• Communicate deadlines, specs, and budgets to install teams with precision.
• Maintain current project documents, drawings, BOMs, and change orders.
• Maintain client updates and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout.
