Job summary

Comprehensive Technologies International (CTI) is seeking an experienced AV Project Manager in the Atlanta/Marietta area to uphold our mission of delivering a fantastic customer experience. You will serve as the main client liaison and drive successful AV integration projects with a service-first mindset.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and specifications, lead project teams, and coordinate with national accounts, ensuring clear communication and top-quality results across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• A/V Install and Project Management experience with at least 5 years.
• Education: Associates degree preferred, but experience is considered.
• Customer Service experience is a must.
• Strong communication skills are essential for client and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff.
• Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets while ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Support national account projects and coordination.
• Oversee multiple job sites across various locations simultaneously.
• Assist AV installation teams with project execution, including installation, programming, and punch list completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
