CTI, an established audio-visual integration provider, seeks an experienced AV Project Manager in Houston, TX to lead all facets of AV integration projects and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of AV project management, strong leadership, and thorough documentation skills, with willingness to travel up to 25% and collaborate with a cross-functional team within a dynamic, fun-working environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years managing commercial AV integration projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; client updates.
• Experience leading teams, including training and performance management.
• Hands-on experience with AV installations and providing creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Schedule resources including programming, rack builds, installation, and commissioning.
• Communicate deadlines, specs, and budgets to the install team.
• Maintain current project documents, BOMs, and change orders.
• Keep clients informed with timely updates on issues, scope changes, and progress.
• Lead and mentor the project team, overseeing training and performance.
• Delegate tasks ensuring accountability and accuracy.
• Support install staff from planning to punch list completion.
• Ensure on-time completion and accurate margin for remaining work.
