MPI Engineered Technologies, based in Troy, MI, is seeking a Sales Manager to grow revenue in automotive and industrial markets. You will lead a high-performance sales team, develop customer strategies, and close multi-million-dollar contracts with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across NA.

Travel up to 50% across North America, collaborate with NA facilities, and build profitable revenue growth while shaping MPI's Midwest market approach for fineblanked and stamped parts.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience selling high volume metal fabricated parts to OEM and Tier 1 companies.
• Proven ability to develop customer value propositions and build strong relationships.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Grow MPI's business with existing and new customers on an annual basis.
• Generate profitable revenue growth in core markets (automotive, fluid power, agriculture, construction).
• Develop and drive a strong sales strategy focused on targeted markets and customers.
• Collaborate with NA facilities to provide support and direction to the team.
• Negotiate, secure and close multi-million dollar contracts; manage margins and issues.
• Travel up to 50% within North America; focus on Midwest markets for fineblanked and stamped parts.
