Job summary

Rackson Restaurants, LLC, owner of Burger King restaurants in the Wilmington area, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee all store operations during shifts, ensure guest service, uphold brand standards, and support the General Manager with staff and financial performance.

The AGM will train team members, manage labor and cash handling, ensure safety and compliance, and step in for GM duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Communication in English is required, Spanish comprehension helpful. Fundamental requirements include reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills.
• Previous fast food management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations during shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold brand standards for service, food quality, and safety.
• Support the Management Team with staffing and financial performance.
• Train and develop Team Members; manage labor and costs.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Coordinate inventory and administrative duties.
• Identify trends and implement improvement plans.
• Assist in executing limited GM duties as needed.
