Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or retail management preferred.
• Must be 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and guest service to ensure smooth store performance.
• Support management team with staff scheduling, coaching, and development.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, and cost-control practices are followed.
• Assist in training and maintaining restaurant efficiency and profitability.
• Handle cash procedures and daily administrative duties.
