Job summary

Rackson Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee all restaurant activities during shifts and support the Management Team in staff and financial performance. You will implement policies, ensure safety, and maintain a positive work environment while assisting in GM duties as needed.

The AGM will lead with empathy, strengthen guest service, and coordinate staffing, inventory, and administrative duties to drive long-term sales growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant management experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, guest service and brand standards.
• Lead and train Team Members; manage staff scheduling.
• Support GM in financial performance and cost controls.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance with labor laws.
