Job summary

Rackson operates BURGER KING restaurants in the US and is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee shift operations, guest service, and adherence to company standards. You will support the Management Team in staff performance, safety, and profitability.

The AGM serves as the GM's right hand, assisting in decision-making, training, and maintaining restaurant efficiency. You will help execute limited GM duties and lead a team toward long-term sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fast-food teams and shifts.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Good English communication; basic Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations during shifts.
• Ensure brand standards for service, food quality and safety.
• Manage staff scheduling, cash handling and labor costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance to uphold brand image.
• Support GM in training and performance management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
