Job summary

You will support staff management and financial performance, train team members, and maintain safety while executing limited GM duties as needed to drive profitability and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Previous fast food management experience required.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems.
• Technically proficient in food preparation, production, and delivery; understands food safety procedures.
• Strong leadership skills; ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure.
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Willing to admit mistakes, take accountability, and fix issues.
• Reliable attendance and transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and coordinate restaurant activities.
• Ensure guest service, quality, safety, and brand standards.
• Support management team with staff management and labor tracking.
• Apply cash handling procedures and maintain financial controls.
