Job summary

Rackson is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure financial performance for BURGER KING locations in the US. The GM will lead staff, optimize efficiency, and maintain brand standards while growing profits.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L experience, and the ability to manage shifts, inventory, and guest concerns. Weekend/evening work and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• P&L experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong leadership, calm under pressure, and accountability.
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Reliable transportation to work and events; able to work weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Excellent communication in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains restaurant-level employees, ensuring brand standards and labor law compliance.
• Manages staffing, recruits talent, and develops internal candidates for management.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with food handling procedures.
• Analyzes financial performance and supervises cash handling and budgeting within the store.
• Plans shift operations and coordinates inventory and administrative duties.
• Responds promptly to guest inquiries and resolves concerns to drive guest recovery.
• Leads by example and develops talent for future roles.
