Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee shift operations, lead the team, and uphold our standards of guest service and quality. You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to drive profitability and ensure compliance with all safety and brand guidelines.

The AGM will assist with training, coaching, and coordinating daily restaurant activities, including cash handling and scheduling, to deliver exceptional guest experiences across high-volume shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven fast food management experience and knowledge of service metrics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to train and develop staff.
• Able to handle cash procedures and maintain cost controls; familiar with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
