Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations and profitability goals.
• Support GM in coordinating staff and shift coverage.
• Maintain inventory, standards, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed.
• Provide coaching to Shift Leaders and Crew Members.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and adherence to brand standards.
• Cover for Shift Leaders when needed.
