Cribl is hiring an Analytics Business Partner to translate products and customers into our data, reporting, and definitions. You’ll drive cross-functional initiatives across GTM, Finance, Product, and IT while owning the end-to-end data model and reporting alignment.

The role reports to the VP of Data & Analytics within a remote-first, multi-time-zone organization. Expect a high-impact, strategic, ambiguity-driven environment with generous benefits and equity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions to reconcile differences.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine business events and data reporting.
• Mergers & acquisitions integration: fit products and customers into reporting models.
• New product launch analytics: align success metrics with reporting definitions.
• Keep execution moving by coordinating Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Data Governance across handoffs.
• Stand up the BI Council to align cross-functional leaders on measures and hierarchy definitions.
• Know the business: engage GTM, Finance, Product, and others before scoping data work and ensuring stakeholder involvement.
