Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to close the gap between new products, acquisitions, and our data, reporting, and definitions. You will work across GTM, Finance, Product, and IT to map data, define metrics, and drive governance.

Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within Cribl’s Business Operations, you’ll structure reporting, own critical models, and push for timely delivery while thriving in ambiguity. Remote-first with global time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Understanding how product marketing, IT, and finance interact in reporting and data model changes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine business events, including system changes and new data models.
• Own M&A integration reporting, ensuring acquired products and customers fit into existing models.
• Lead new product launch reporting, aligning success metrics with product definitions.
• Keep execution moving by sequencing tasks across Data and Analytics teams and reducing gaps.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council with cross-functional leaders to drive resolution.
• Know the business and engage the right people across GTM, Finance, and Product to scope data work.
