Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to close the gap between new products or acquisitions and our data, reporting, and analytics. You will translate complex business events into scalable data models, drive cross-functional alignment, and own the BI council to push for concrete resolutions.

This remote-first role requires navigating multiple time zones and collaborating with GTM, Finance, and Product teams.

Competenze

8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
Able to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
Explain data issues beyond a data-only answer.
Strong communication with executives and operational teams.

Mansioni

Diagnose and drive the solution when non-standard events arise and define the DRIs and partners.
M&A integration: align acquired products and customers with existing reporting models.
New product launch: map success metrics and ensure data models track post-launch.
Keep execution moving: sequence owners, manage handoffs, and close gaps quickly.
Stand up the Business Intelligence Council to align measures and drive resolutions.
Know the business: engage Finance, Product, GTM to scope data work and ownership.
