Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to close the gap between product, customers, and our data/reporting. You will translate new products and acquisitions into coherent data models and reporting, partnering with Data & Analytics, GTM, Finance, Product, and IT.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, stand up BI governance, and own how business events are measured. This remote-first role demands comfort with ambiguity and delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Able to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get aggregation grain right.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive solutions for non-routine business events across teams.
• M&A integration: fit acquired products and customers into reporting models.
• New product launches: align success metrics with data models.
• Keep execution moving by sequencing owners and handoffs.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council to align on measures and hierarchies.
• Know the business and engage the right people across functions.
