Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks an Analytics Business Partner to bridge new products and acquisitions with data, reporting, and metrics across the organization. You will coordinate with GTM, Finance, Product, IT, and Data teams to ensure accurate, timely insights.

Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within Business Operations, this role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering impact across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Not a data-only fix; diagnose if data, process, or model causes issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine events across orgs.
• M&A integration: fit acquired products/customers into reporting models.
• New product launch: align success metrics with reporting.
• Keep execution moving across Data & Analytics teams and stakeholders.
• Stand up and run the Business Intelligence Council.
• Know the business: engage GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
