Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of work experience in HP products, customer base, account management, or on-site support.
• HP Indigo knowledge and S4/S5 & Web expertise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees critical/high-risk technology areas and customer groups with business insight.
• Delivers strategic account support, maintaining advanced technical and operational prowess.
• Evaluates support plans and aligns them with service solutions.
• Cultivates relationships with complex, strategic accounts to drive growth.
