- Engages with IT, business, and CXO management to develop strategies and identify opportunities, leveraging solutions and pricing.
- Shapes client requirements to meet business goals, integrates value-added services, and delivers innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Leads and coordinates inter-tower solutions linkage and governance activities, directing high-level reviews.
- Mentors and guides junior staff to ensure execution of operational and strategic plans.
- Communicates technology value to CXOs, negotiates contracts, and acts as a trusted technical advisor for customer satisfaction.
