Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in a related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of work experience in HP products or related fields or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes technical knowledge to operate a designated technology area or customer group with moderate risk and complexity.
• Integrates technical acumen and business insight to formulate solutions for customers.
• Resolves the majority of technical incidents independently and collaborates on more complex incidents.
• Preemptively addresses issues within the area of responsibility and notifies management of potential escalations.
• Implements solutions to fulfill moderately complex customer requirements within the area of responsibility.
• Identifies potential supplementary services to drive future service revenue growth.
• Provides technical consultation during contract renewal discussions and influences delivery decisions.
• Builds and maintains relationships up to senior management level in assigned accounts.
• Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports supporting knowledge sharing.
• Works independently on moderate scope problems following policies and procedures.
