Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• 8-10 years of work experience in HP products, customer base, or related fields.
• HP Indigo knowledge and S4/S5 & Web Expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple critical or high-risk technology areas or customer groups, integrating technical proficiency and business insight to devise customer-oriented solutions.
• Delivers strategic account support by upholding advanced technical and operational prowess and staying abreast of industry dynamics.
• Evaluates support plans based on business indicators and aligns them with the organization’s service solutions.
• Cultivates and expands relationships with complex and strategic customer accounts to nurture growth.
• Acts as a trusted advisor and consultant in service delivery for business, technology, or industry applications.
