Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, system software, or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering concepts through architecture alignment, productization, validation, and launch.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end solution programs from concept exploration to launch readiness.
• Translate ambiguous concepts into clear scope, requirements, architecture assumptions, milestones, and plans.
• Own integrated schedules aligning engineering deliverables with product development checkpoints and launch timelines.
• Collaborate with product management, system architecture, hardware, firmware, software, validation, operations, and suppliers to manage dependencies and delivery commitments.
• Lead architecture and technical tradeoffs to ensure scalable, secure, manufacturable designs.
• Define and maintain program artifacts, requirements, interface assumptions, risk registers, and readiness checklists.
• Triage issues, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and escalate where needed to keep programs on schedule.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to engineering leaders and executives.
• Enable smooth transition of innovations into scalable product programs.
