Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a Strategic Alliances Partnership Manager to lead OEM and ISV partnerships, driving the full partner lifecycle from engagement to joint demand generation. You will manage strategic relationships, coordinate technical integration, and ensure alignment with GTM plans across multiple partner types.

You will onboard partners, create detailed implementation plans (APIs, sandbox), and enable sales with tailored programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with ISV and cloud software partners.
• Proven track record building revenue-generating alliances with technology partners.
• Experience enabling OEM motions within SaaS/ISV spaces.
• Deep knowledge of identity, security, infrastructure and SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Strategic relationship management for OEM and targeted technology partners.
• Ecosystem development and onboarding of new ISV partners.
• Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, API alignments, sandbox provisioning.
• Design joint demand-generation campaigns and regional ecosystem events.
• Bridge partner organizations with internal GTM teams for co-selling.
• Provide ongoing field and GTM support to partners.
• Ensure cross-functional operational integrity and performance tracking.
• Monitor program health and implement improvements.
