Job summary

JumpCloud is a remote-first company seeking a Strategic Alliances Partnership Manager to own and scale OEM and technology partner programs across the US. You will manage partner onboarding, API integrations, and joint demand-generation efforts to build a robust sales pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ISV/cloud partnerships, with a track record of revenue growth, OEM execution, and IAM or security product knowledge, in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with ISV and cloud software partners.
• Proven track record of building revenue-generating alliances with technology partners.
• Experience executing an OEM motion within SaaS/ISV space.
• Knowledge of identity, security, infrastructure and SaaS products; IAM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OEM and technology partner program as primary owner.
• Drive partner onboarding, technical integration and operational readiness.
• Design and execute joint demand-gen campaigns and GTM activities.
• Provide field support and enablement to capture co-sell opportunities.
• Monitor program health and drive improvements across partner ecosystems.
