Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow our strategic partnerships, including Anthropic and AWS. You will build programs from the ground up, activate partner-funded engagements, and drive measurable pipeline across executive stakeholders.

You will lead a team, coordinate with engineering, SO, and marketing, and expand the ecosystem with early-stage partners while maintaining premier alliance status with key partners.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in technology alliances or partnerships roles, with hyperscaler relationship exposure.
• Experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs (MDF/MAP), and co-sell mechanisms.
• Track record building alliance programs from scratch, not just managing an existing portfolio.
• Experience leading and developing a team with executive-level engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate programs into internal playbooks and joint value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Own Anthropic partnership end-to-end: activation programs, funding engagements, reimbursement and executive alignment.
• Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network and coordinate with Anthropic teams.
• Manage AWS alliance: competency requirements, Premier Tier, and co-sell motions with AWS field teams.
• Lead and develop the alliances team, set priorities, and drive pipeline with cross-functional leadership.
• Identify early-stage partnerships (GCP, others) and monitor the ecosystem landscape.
