IonQ, a leading quantum computing company, is seeking a Global Alliances Lead to manage lighthouse advisory and consulting partners worldwide. The role focuses on executive commitment, joint business planning, and measurable commercial outcomes across compute, networking, security, and sensing.

You will build deep partnerships with firms like McKinsey, BCG, Accenture and EY, travel regularly, and operate globally to shape go-to-market programs and partner-led revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic alliances with advisory or consulting firms.
• Proven track record turning partnerships into scalable channels.
• Commercial expertise in frontier technologies or emerging tech categories.
• Experience building deep partnerships and co-selling early customer engagements.
• Strong executive communication, commercial negotiation and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience converting early customer engagements into references and repeatable partner motions.
• Ability to operate globally and travel; master's degree or equivalent.
• Quantum experience is an advantage.
