The role involves producing required scheduling-related reports and authorizations and ensuring coverage for aircrew and support staff in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of aircrew scheduling or equivalent.
• Experience with scheduling databases and producing recurring scheduling reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officer and NCO to arrange schedules for operations, training, and currency.
• Build long- and short-range schedules to cover aircrew, instructors, and support personnel.
• Track leave, TDY, medical appointments, and other scheduling commitments.
