Job summary

B3H is seeking an Aircrew Scheduling Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by building and maintaining flight schedules, tracking training and availability constraints, and coordinating with squadron leadership and support offices. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers and NCOs to arrange schedules for operations and training to meet currency and progression standards.
• Build long- and short-range aircrew shift schedules to ensure full coverage of all positions.
• Track crewmember leave, TDY, medical appointments, and other scheduling commitments.
