Job summary

B3H Corporation is seeking an Aircrew Scheduling Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by building and maintaining flight schedules, tracking training and availability constraints, and coordinating with squadron leadership and support offices.

The role requires 3+ years in aircrew scheduling or related military aviation scheduling, with experience in scheduling databases and generating routine reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, logistics, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aircrew scheduling, flying squadron operations, current operations, SARM/HARM support, aviation operations support, or comparable military aviation scheduling environment.
• Experience working with scheduling databases, training status inputs, and recurring scheduling reports.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, deadline-driven, medium- to high-stress operational environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with squadron leadership and support offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officer, NCO, SARM specialist, UDM, and Operations Officer to arrange schedules for operations, qualification, upgrade, tests, exercises, and training to meet currency/progression standards.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to ensure full coverage of aircrew, instructor, evaluator, support personnel, and supervisor positions.
• Coordinate with senior squadron leadership daily/weekly and with simulator contractors for simulator events.
• Track crewmember leave, TDY, medical appointments or other scheduling commitments; de-conflict schedules with flight leadership.
• Track daily training requirements and accomplishments to enable accurate flight scheduling in support of the operations officer; schedule aircrew based on ORM considerations.
• Publish scheduling data for long/short-range training events on computer databases.
