Job summary

B3H Corporation is seeking an Aircrew Scheduling Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by building and maintaining flight schedules, tracking training and availability, and coordinating with squadron leadership and support offices. The role includes producing scheduling-related reports and authorizations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with training officers, NCOs, SARM specialists, and leadership to ensure currency and progression, maintaining coverage, and publishing scheduling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation-related field (aviation operations/management, logistics, business).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant aircrew scheduling experience.
• Experience with scheduling databases and recurring scheduling reports.

Responsibilities

• Build long- and short-range aircrew schedules to ensure full coverage of all crewed and support roles.
• Track training requirements and deadlines to facilitate accurate scheduling.
• Coordinate daily with squadron leadership and support offices to align on priorities.
• Produce weekly scheduling reports and required authorizations.
• De-conflict schedules and adjust as needed to meet mission priorities.
