B3H Corporation is seeking an Aircrew Scheduling Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by building and maintaining flight schedules, tracking training, and coordinating with squadron leadership to ensure compliant operations.

The role requires strong organization, experience with scheduling databases, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment at Dover Base, Delaware. Contingent upon contract award, the position offers full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, logistics, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant aircrew scheduling or aviation operations experience.
• Experience working with scheduling databases and recurring scheduling reports.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with strong coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training staff and leadership to arrange schedules meeting priorities.
• Build long- and short-range schedules for aircrew, instructors, and support personnel.
• Track leave, TDY, medical appointments, and other commitments; de-conflict schedules.
• Publish scheduling data and required reports and authorizations.
• Produce flight authorizations after Go/No-Go process and track training completion.
• Coordinate with external agencies for exercises and special events.
