Job summary

B3H Corporation is seeking an Aircrew Scheduling Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by building flight schedules, tracking training and availability, coordinating with squadron leadership, and producing scheduling-related reports and authorizations. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, logistics, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aircrew scheduling or comparable military aviation scheduling environment.
• Experience working with scheduling databases, training status inputs, and recurring scheduling reports.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, deadline-driven, medium- to high-stress operational environment.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with squadron leadership and support offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officer, NCO, SARM specialist, UDM, and Operations Officer to arrange schedules meeting currency and progression standards.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to ensure full coverage of aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and support personnel.
• Coordinate with squadron leadership daily and with simulator contractors for simulator events.
• Track crewmember leave, TDY, medical appointments, or other scheduling commitments; de-conflict schedules with flight leadership.
• Track training requirements and update schedules to support operations and Go-No/Go decisions; publish schedule data.
• Publish and maintain weekly and monthly reports such as Flying Hour Effectiveness (A001) and Flying Hour Program (A002).
• Coordinate with external agencies and higher HQ for reporting and exercise scheduling as required.
