Lumen is seeking a Principal Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end VP+, SVP, and C-suite searches, focusing on technical and transformation leadership across AI, software, digital infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, product, data, and network technology. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years of progressive recruiting experience with VP+/C-suite searches.
Proven success recruiting executive talent in technology, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or transformation contexts.
Demonstrated ability to close exceptional passive talent in competitive markets.
Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and assessment.
Ability to assess leadership capability and technical credibility for senior roles.
Excellent communication, executive presence, discretion, and integrity.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and relevant sourcing channels such as GitHub.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end executive searches for VP, SVP, and C‑suite roles from strategy to onboarding.
Build and engage executive talent pipelines across AI, software, cloud, cybersecurity, and data leadership domains.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders with market intelligence and strategic hiring recommendations.
