Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience with VP+/SVP/C-suite searches.
• Experience recruiting executive talent in technology, software, AI, cybersecurity, digital, cloud, network, product, data, or transformation‑intensive environments.
• Proven track record closing exceptional passive talent in competitive markets with rigorous standards.
• Knowledge of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and offer negotiation.
• Ability to assess leadership capability and technical credibility for building high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches for VP+, SVP, and C-suite roles, from strategy to onboarding.
• Build and manage executive talent pipelines across AI, software, cloud, cybersecurity, and data leadership.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights and strategic hiring recommendations to senior leaders.
• Drive a talent density mindset to attract leaders who elevate capability and performance.
• Use structured, evidence-based evaluations to assess talent with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Align stakeholders, compensation partners, and interview teams for data-driven decisions.
• Continuously improve hiring outcomes through analytics and best practices.
