Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience with VP+/C-suite searches.
• Experience recruiting executive talent in tech, software, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital environments.
• Proven ability to identify and close exceptional passive talent in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches for VP+, SVP, and C-suite roles, from strategy to onboarding.
• Build executive talent pipelines across AI, software, cloud, cybersecurity, and data leadership domains.
• Advise senior leaders with market intelligence, talent insights, and strategic hiring recommendations.
• Drive a density mindset to attract leaders who elevate capability and performance.
