Lumen is seeking a strategic Principal Executive Recruiter to lead VP+, SVP, and C-suite searches across AI, software, cloud, cybersecurity, and data. This senior individual contributor acts as a talent advisor, partnering with senior leaders to shape leadership needs and build differentiated talent strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting with VP+/C-suite searches.
• Proven success recruiting executive talent in tech, AI, cybersecurity, digital, cloud, or transformation environments.
• Track record identifying and closing exceptional passive talent in competitive markets while maintaining quality.
• Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and structured assessment.
• Ability to assess leadership capability and technical credibility with high integrity.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, discretion and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches for VP+, SVP, and C-suite roles from strategy to onboarding.
• Build world-class executive pipelines across AI, software, cloud, cybersecurity, digital, product, data, and technology.
• Advise senior leaders with market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Drive a density mindset by identifying leaders who elevate organizational capability and performance.
• Assess executive talent using structured evaluation while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
• Influence stakeholders and interview teams to enable data-driven hiring decisions.
• Improve outcomes through market insights, analytics, and best-in-class search practices.
