Lumen is seeking a Principal Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end VP, SVP and C‑suite searches across AI, software, digital infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, product, data and network technology. You will act as a strategic talent advisor, partnering with senior leaders to define future leadership needs and build differentiated talent strategies to strengthen leadership quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive recruiting with VP+/SVP/C-suite searches.
• Proven record recruiting executive talent in tech, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, data, or transformation environments.
• Track record closing exceptional passive talent in competitive markets with high standards.
• Deep knowledge of executive search methods, market mapping, talent intelligence, and offer negotiation.
• Ability to assess leadership capability and technical credibility for transformation.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, stakeholder influence, and discretion.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, ATS, and sourcing channels such as GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches for VP, SVP, and C-suite roles from strategy to onboarding.
• Build and maintain executive pipelines across AI, software, cloud, cybersecurity, digital, product, data, and tech leadership.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders with market intelligence and hiring recommendations.
• Drive a density mindset by attracting leaders who elevate capability and performance.
• Assess executive talent using structured evaluation methods with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Coordinate with compensation partners and interview teams for data-driven hiring decisions.
