webAI is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor for a portfolio across manufacturing, energy, and supply chain accounts. You will translate business goals into a long‑term AI roadmap and guide deployments with senior technical stakeholders.

In this role you’ll lead cross‑functional teams, shape account plans, and drive strategic AI initiatives while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and industry standards.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in account management, solution engineering, TAM, or technical sales in industrial domains.
• Solid understanding of industrial and supply chain systems (PLC, SCADA, MES, WMS/TMS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Manufacturing Tech, or related field.

• Executive Relationship Development: Build relationships with CTOs, VPs, and operations leads in target industries.
• Strategic Solution Architecture & Roadmapping: Define technical dimensions of account plans and multi‑year AI roadmaps.
• Industry Expertise & Horizon View: Maintain trends in manufacturing, energy, and supply chain.
• Technical Orchestration & Guidance: Lead internal resources to ensure alignment with technical roadmap.
• Technical Deep Dive & Validation: Lead PoCs and demos to validate viability and integration.
