Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Business Development Manager - AI Solutions to accelerate AI-related opportunities across all SHI sales motions.

This role provides AI solution expertise, partner guidance, competitive positioning, and opportunity development support to drive growth. You will work with AGT leadership, sales teams, and partners to expand SHI's reach within the Full Stack AI ecosystem, spanning Applications, Models, Infrastructure, Chips, Energy, Security, and Modern Workplace

Qualifications

• Assist sales representatives by providing AI solution support, program information, market insights, and competitive advantages for active and developing opportunities.
• Drive overall business growth for SHI's AI Solutions through strategic programs and partner engagement activities.
• Create and deliver training sessions, presentations, workshops, and account mapping exercises for customers and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new AI opportunities across Public Sector, Global, Enterprise, and Commercial units.
• Lead and participate in customer calls, workshops, and executive briefings to support new business development.
• Partner with AGT leadership and strategic technology partners to identify emerging AI opportunities and align growth initiatives.
