Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks an AI Solution Advisor to drive net-new AI pipeline across SHI's business units.

You will discover business outcomes, qualify opportunities, and orchestrate resources with AGT, Enterprise Architects, and services teams to accelerate revenue growth. You'll work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to position AI solutions, apply frameworks like MEDDIC, and help buyers navigate the AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in technology sales, business development, solution advisory, or technical presales.
• Experience with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
• Proven success identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and accelerate net-new AI opportunities across SHI business units.
• Partner with Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and stakeholders to develop and qualify AI opportunities.
• Educate sellers on SHI's AI portfolio, capabilities, and GTM programs.
