Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Director of AI Sales & Solutions to lead a strategic AI growth organization. You will shape innovative, customer-centric AI offerings, drive net-new pipeline, and align internal and partner resources to deliver value across SHI’s business units.

You will manage a team of AI Advisors, collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams, and establish scalable AI sales motions and architectures to accelerate growth and adoption of Full Stack AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years IT/AI-related experience.
• 4+ years of leadership and people management experience.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Sales & Solutions organization to develop innovative, customer-centric AI solutions.
• Scale a high-performing team of AI Advisors responsible for AI opportunity identification and pursuit development.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to tailor AI solutions that drive growth.
• Establish and operationalize repeatable AI sales motions and qualification frameworks.
• Oversee AI solution architectures ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Manage the AI solutions portfolio aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Drive net-new AI pipeline generation across Public Sector, Enterprise, Global and Commercial units.
• Coordinate AGT resources and partners to support customer pursuits and delivery.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and executives and report executive metrics.
