Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an AI Solution Advisor to drive net-new AI opportunities across multiple business units. You will collaborate with Account Executives and AGT teams to connect business challenges with AI outcomes, guiding pursuit development through a structured qualification process.

The role emphasizes account coverage, seller enablement, and creating qualified pipeline while orchestrating cross-functional resources to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with account executives and sales leaders to drive AI opportunities.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI outcomes and opportunities.
• Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (BANTC, MEDDIC) and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new AI pipeline by partnering with account teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct customer discovery to surface business outcomes and AI readiness.
• Maintain a healthy AI opportunity pipeline across assigned territories and units.
• Collaborate with AGT, AI Architects, Infrastructure and Services teams on opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in pipeline reviews and forecasting.
