Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Business Development Manager - AI Solutions to accelerate AI opportunities across Public Sector, Global, Enterprise, and Commercial sectors. You will equip sales teams with AI solution expertise, help shape campaign strategies, and drive strategic partnerships.

You will build high-value opportunities, curate account plans, and deliver training sessions for customers and partners while coordinating with AGT leadership to expand SHI's AI ecosystem and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in business development, sales, partner management, or similar role.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales reps by providing AI solution support and market insights.
• Drive net-new AI pipeline and growth initiatives across SHI's AI Solutions business.
• Develop and deliver training, account mapping, and workshops for customers and partners.
• Manage AI opportunity pipelines and coordinate with AGT leadership and partners.
