SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager - AI to lead product marketing strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution for SHI's AI solutions portfolio.

This role translates complex AI technology into clear value propositions and differentiates SHI's offerings in the market. The role partners with AI business unit leadership, sales, engineering, partners, and marketing to develop compelling narratives, enable sales, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Product Marketing or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting AI technologies or enterprise tech markets.
• Ability to develop go-to-market plans and sales enablement content.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy for SHI's AI solutions portfolio, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and GTM planning.
• Serve as the marketing subject-matter expert for AI technologies, market trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics.
• Partner with AI business unit leadership to align marketing priorities with growth initiatives.
• Develop customer-centric messaging frameworks and solution narratives that articulate SHI's AI capabilities.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials: presentations, battle cards, case studies, and customer-facing content.
• Support solution launches and GTM initiatives through cross-functional planning and execution.
• Collaborate with campaign, communications, partner marketing, and demand generation teams on messaging consistency.
• Develop content for customer events, webinars, roadshows, and partner engagements.
• Work with technical experts to create demonstrations, PoC narratives, and customer materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adjust strategy.
