Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks a high-impact Global AI partnership lead to shape and manage the firm’s AI partner ecosystem. You will own strategy, governance, and senior-level engagement with model providers, platforms, and specialists, driving priority partnerships and program scalability.

You will coordinate across procurement, security, and business units, build compelling narratives, and deliver a living view of partner value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, alliances, business development, or ecosystem management.
• Comfortable operating at senior/executive level, both internally and with partner organizations
• Strong project-coordination instincts — able to work across procurement, security, and business unit stakeholders without owning their processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build compelling narrative and briefing materials

Responsibilities

• Define the firm's overall AI partnership strategy and how many relationships to hold in each category.
• Set criteria for partner evaluation, tiering, and prioritization; keep it current as the landscape shifts
• Translate growth priorities into a point of view on new partnerships and where to deepen existing ones
• Present strategy and rationale to firm leadership and maintain it as a living view
• Enable and coordinate AI partner relationships for practitioners and BU leaders
• Track and report health, scope, and terms of each partnership
• Own go/no-go recommendations and business cases for tier changes or new partners
• Build relationships with senior leaders at key partners and develop narratives and materials
• Proactively surface partnership opportunities across business units and markets
• Match the right partner to the right business unit use case and broker introductions
• Create and maintain a living inventory of strategic AI partners and contact details
• Drive fast-lane facilitation with procurement and security to expedite reviews
• Capture and package practitioner and client stories to demonstrate value
• Leverage enablement channels for partner programs
